Really good Stay, Perfect Service and Great Facilities

attentive employee great service reasonable pricing ample lounger

Every employee was attentive I noticed. They were friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. The services are great I observed. Restaurants had fair pricing and great meals. The gym features fitness equipment including treadmills. The pool has ample loungers and shaded areas.

The room allocated was near the stairs I realised. I could hear people walking by at times.

The hotel restaurant features a diverse menu with Indian food options. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh items. I found the chefs and staff accommodating to dietary needs.

The front desk staff are very friendly. They are always ready to assist guests. The transport supervisor provides really good service too. I appreciated the professional manner of every staff member involved.

the location was convenient to nearby restaurants.

i found a lack of consistency regarding service quality. the check-in process was not smooth this time. i do not understand why i needed to present my identification again. my room lacked hangers, and the refrigerator did not function.
